This workshop aims to inspire your strategical thoughts about work habits, culture and about your most valued equity – your colleagues and employees. We will introduce different ways of developing a meaningful culture and take your conditions as a startup into account.

We will introduce some of the current cultural tendencies as inspiration to your strategical thoughts about the startup culture you would like to build.

Please notice you will benefit the most from this workshop if the full founder-team participates.
