Talking to your potential customers is essential in developing your startup in the right direction. In order to offer something of value, you need a deep understanding of their needs and problems.
In this workshop you will work on validating assumptions about your business idea and your customers.

YOU WILL GET
Tools to help you approach your potential customers
Inspiration and tools to utilise your network.
Inspiration for a “Go do” attitude;)

02 – Position your startup

Apply your own strengths and motivations to define your unique position in the market.

ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP
Building a startup is about defining your unique position in the market. How are you different from existing solutions, and why should customers choose to spend their precious time and money on you?
This workshop’s starting point is you. What gets you up in the morning? We will work on defining the purpose and values driving your business and how these can be reflected in your unique selling points.
This will be a valuable strategic tool for you going forward and will help you define a strong and meaningful value proposition towards your customers that sets you apart from your competition.

Tools to differentiate your startup in the market

03 – Startup Financials

Learn the financial fundamentals behind a viable business and how you can use it to guide your decisions.

ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP
Numbers can, and should, guide strategic decissions just as much as it radiates credibility which again can help you attract investors and key employees.
Despite its importance, it can be fairly tricky to generate trustworthy financial figures and forecasts for an early-stage startup. This workshop will help you do that.
